They’re delivered immediately by email and have 12 months until expiry. Enter the recipient’s email address and your message to them, then choose when you’d like them to receive it – immediately, or on your chosen date.
Email Gift Cards are redeemable ONLINE only. Once the recipient has received their email Gift Card they’ll be able to use it to order on our website for delivery or for collection.

It’s not a perfect system, but it’s the one we can make work without confusion! So, to reiterate:
