Hi, my name’s Jessie, the owner of Rays Ice Cream! Rays was establised in 2011, and has become famous for our delicious hand-made gelato, and much-loved selection of flavours in Swindon and beyond. I bought Rays in April this year, and have been blown away with the support from our loyal customers. Our little Ice Cream Shop has had queues out the door all summer long, and I have received so much love from our 10,000+ followers on social media, who have been such a support to the take-over! I have a strong ambition to grow the business and work with lots of new clients to bring Rays to lots of new places, and I am so excited to see it reach its full potential!
